This writ petition is filed by aggrieved by inaction of respondents 2 to 5 in registering the crime on the complaint dated 12-06-2019 lodged by the petitioner.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home produced written instructions stating that basing on the complaint lodged by the petitioner, a case in Cr.No.353 of 2019 is registered on the file of chandanagar Police Station. The same is not disputed by learned counsel for the petitioner and says that no further orders are required.

Recording the same, the writ petition is disposed of. As a sequel to the disposal of this petition, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
