THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAMALINGESWARA RAO WRIT PETITION No.5825 of 2010 ORDER:

This writ petition was filed challenging the action of respondent No.1 in issuing the proceedings on 31.12.2009 selecting M/s. Om Detective Security Services, Guntur, as an Outsourcing Agency. The period of contract is only for one year. Though an interim order was passed on 15.03.2010, in view of the expiry of contract period, nothing survives for adjudication in this writ petition.

Accordingly, this Writ Petition is disposed of as infructuous. No order as to costs.

Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
