Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Government Pleader for Social Welfare appearing for 1st respondents and learned Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for respondent Nos.2 to 4.

The only grievance of the petitioner is that his representation dated 29-08-2018 is pending before the 2nd respondent regarding the action to be taken against 5th respondent for obtaining false Caste Certificate as if he belongs to S.T. community. 3.

In view of the same, without expressing any opinion on merits, 2nd respondent is directed to consider the petitioner's representation, dated 29-08-2018 and take appropriate action against the 5th respondent, after issuing notice to the effective parties, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 4.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs. 5.

As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
