The grievance of the petitioner is that, despite his complaint dated 13.07.2017, to respondent Nos.2 to 6 as against respondent No.7, for barging into the hostel run by him and threatening with pistol to pay ransom, no action has been taken. Hence the writ petition.

Learned Government Pleader for Home (Telangana), on instructions, would submit that FIR.No.568 of 2017 was registered on 05.08.2017, and investigation is in progress. Recording the submission of the learned Government Pleader for Home (Telangana) that FIR.No.568 of 2017 was registered on 05.08.2017, and investigation is in progress, the Writ Petition is closed.
