The Learned counsel for petitioner submits that in view of the petition filed by the petitioner/appellant praying the Court to dismiss the appeal as withdrawn, this appeal may be dismissed as withdrawn. In these circumstances, CCCA MP No.169 of 2016 is Ordered and consequently, CCCA No. 187 of 2008 is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs. As a sequel, miscellaneous applications pending, if any, shall stand closed.
