ORDER:

This Company Application is filed for dissolution of the applicant-company.

Under Rule-281 of the Companies (Court) Rules, 1959, an application for dissolution of the company shall not be set down for hearing until the completion of the audit of the final account and the filing of the Auditor's Certificate in relation thereto.

As the Official Liquidator has not got the final account of the company in liquidation audited, this Company Application cannot be entertained at this stage.

In view of the same, the Company Application is dismissed, however, with liberty to the Official Liquidator to file a fresh Company Application after getting the final account of the company in liquidation audited.
