THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.SUNIL CHOWDARY CIVIL REVISION PETITION No.5044 of 2016 ORDER:

This civil revision petition is filed Article 227 of the Constitution of India challenging the order dated 07.9.2016 passed in I.A.No.684 of 2016 in O.S. No.76 of 2011 on the file of the Court of Senior Civil Judge, Khammam.

When the matter is called for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this court to permit the petitioner to withdraw the civil revision petition with liberty to urge the points raised in this revision including non-joinder of necessary parties, before the trial court, at the time of the arguments. Permission is granted.
