CRIMINAL PETITION NO. 16715 OF 2016 O R D E R :

This Criminal Petition is filed by the petitioners/A-7 and A-8 under section 437 and 439 of Cr.P.C., seeking to enlarge them on bail in Crime No. 27 of 2016 of Y.V. Palem Police Station, Chittoor district, registered for the offences under section 20 [1] [c] [iii] [iv] & [x] of A.P. Forest Act, Rule 3 of APSW & RS Transit Rules, 1989, Section 29 of Wildlife Protection Act, 1972, section 55 [1] [2] and 58 of Biological Diversity Act, 2002, section 147, 148, 353, 307, 379, 120 [B] read with section 149 of IPC and section 30 of Indian Arms Act, 1959.

2. After arguing the matter for some time, learned counsel appearing for the petitioners seek permission of this Court to withdraw the criminal petition.

3. Permission is accorded.

4. The Criminal Petition is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn.

5. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions if any, pending in this Criminal Petition shall stand closed.
