THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTI CE A.V.SESHA SAI W.P.Nos.13645 and 13921 of 2006 COMMON ORDER:

When the matter is taken up, it is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioners that the issue in the present writ petitions is squarely covered by the common order of this Court in W.P.Nos.13162 and 13610 of 2006 dated 24.09.2008 and a copy of the same is also placed on record along with the writ petition as a material paper.

Following the above said common order in W.P.Nos.13162 and 13610 of 2006 dated 24.09.2008 and for the reasons recorded therein, the writ petition is allowed, setting aside the common order dated 20.04.2006 passed in iMP.Nos.48 and 57 of 2002, on the file of the Labour Court-I, Hyderabad and the matter is remitted to the Labour Court for fresh consideration for hearing and dispose of the same within three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
