On the complaint lodged by the first respondent, the Station House Officer, Osmania University Police Station, Hyderabad City, registered a case in Crime No.311 of 2018 and after investigation, laid charge sheet against the petitioners for the offences punishable under Sections 323 and 448 I.P.C. and Section 3(1)(r)(s) of the Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 2015.
