Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the then Andhra Pradesh Administrative Tribunal (for short 'the Tribunal' hereafter) passed interim order, dated 27.01.2016, which reads under:
"Pending further orders, the respondents are directed to consider the claim of the applicant for compassionate appointment in terms of G.O.Ms.No.118 Finance & Planning (Fin.Wing.P.C.III) Department dated 18.08.1999 and pass appropriate orders." 2.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that subsequent to the interim order dated 27.01.2016, the respondent authorities has passed rejection order dated 11.08.2017. Aggrieved, by the same, petitioner filed another writ petition challenging the rejection order; and at this stage, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the present writ petition(TR) may be closed with a permission to the petitioner to peruse the remedy in another writ petition. 3.
Recording the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Writ Petition (TR) is closed, leaving it open to the petitioner to pursue their remedies, in accordance with law. 4.
Miscellaneous applications, if any pending, shall stand closed. No order as to costs.
