HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE R.KANTHA RAO Contempt Case No.584 of 2015 Judgment:

Heard Sri Raj Kumar Rudra, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, the learned Government Pleader for School Education for the State of Andhra Pradesh-respondents 1 to 4, and Sri G.Neeraja Reddy, learned counsel appearing for the 5th respondent.

2. This contempt case is filed to punish the respondent authorities under Contempt of Courts Act for willful disobedience of orders of this Court dated 27-11-2014 in W.P.No.34192 of 2014 passed by this Court.

3. Perused the counter affidavits filed by the respondents 4 and 5. Having gone through the contents mentioned in the counter affidavits, this Court is of the view that there has been substantial compliance of the order passed by this Court. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner also joined duty. However, the grievance of the petitioner is that the arrears of salary have not been paid to him.

4. The petitioner can make a separate representation for payment of arrears of salary to the respondents and the respondents are directed to consider the same in accordance with Rules. Since there has been substantial compliance of the order passed by this Court, the contempt case is closed. The

applications, if any, pending in this contempt case shall stand closed.
