HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE U.DURGA PRASAD RAO CRIMINAL PETITION NO. 584 OF 2015 ORDER:

At the admission stage the following order is passed after hearing the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Public Prosecutor.

Having regard to the nature of the allegations, investigation in this matter shall be proceeded with. However, the Police of Karimnagar Rural Police Station are directed not to arrest the petitioners/A-1 to A-8 during the course of Investigation. Petitioners/A-1 to A-8 shall cooperate with the Investigating Agency for smooth completion of Investigation. The Criminal Petition is disposed of accordingly. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, pending if any, shall stand closed.
