Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home produced written instructions dated 27.06.2019 stating that the complaint of the petitioner was enquired into and the petitioner was informed that no such incident took place as alleged in the complaint dated 20.06.2019 and that a copy of notice was also served on the petitioner on 22.06.2019.

Recording the aforesaid submission, this Writ Petition is disposed of. If the petitioner is still aggrieved, it is open for her to avail appropriate remedies available under law.
