When there was no representation for the appellant on 28.08.2017, Registry was directed to list the present appeal under the caption 'for dismissal'.

Today also, there is no representation for the appellant. It shows that the appellant is not interested in prosecuting the present appeal. Hence, the present appeal suit is dismissed for non-prosecution. The Registry is directed to return the original records to the trial Court within a week after a month.
