Heard learned counsel for the parties.

Mr. P.B. Vijay Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner would be satisfied if the appeal filed by her dated 22-04-2015 is directed to be disposed of within time frame and in that case, he has instructions not to press the principal prayer.

In view of the statement made by learned counsel for the petitioner, we are satisfied that this writ petition can be conveniently disposed of by the following order: "The principal prayer is dismissed as not pressed. The appellate authority shall endeavour to dispose of the appeal filed by the petitioner, dated 22-04-2015, expeditiously. All contentions on merits are kept open."
