It is represented by the learned counsel for the petitioner, that the pleadings are incomplete and the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the writ petition, with liberty to file fresh writ petition.

2. Recording the same, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand dismissed.
