HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A. RAMALINGESWARA RAO Writ Petition No. 4020 of 2011 Order:

This Writ Petition was filed challenging the order of suspension of the petitioner bar and restaurant.

2. This Court, while admitting the writ petition on 21.02.2011, granted interim suspension of the said orders and, in the meanwhile, the license period itself is expired. In view of the same, no further orders are necessary in the present Writ Petition.

3. The Writ Petition is, accordingly, dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs.

4. As a sequel thereto, the miscellaneous applications, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed. ________________________ A.
