THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTI CE P.KESHAVA RAO WRI T PETI TI ON NO.28568 OF 2013 ORDER:

1.

There is no representation on behalf of the petitioner. 2.

The prayer sought in the Writ Petition is as under: "....to issue a Writ of Mandamus or any other appropriate writ, order or direction declaring the action of the respondents more particularly the respondents 4 to 6 in interfering civil disputes between him and the respondents 7 and 8 and respondents 2 and 3 in not taking any action on his representation dated 14.8.2013 as illegal, arbitrary and violative of fundamental rights guaranteed to me under Articles 14 and 21 of the Constitution of India and consequently direct the respondents not to interfere in civil disputes between him and the respondents 7 and 8."

3.

The basic allegation made against respondent Nos. 4 to 6 is that they are interfering in the civil disputes between the petitioner and respondent Nos. 7 and 8 and though representation dated 14.8.2013 was submitted, respondent Nos. 2 and 3 have not taken any action.

4.

Learned GP appearing for respondent Nos. 1 to 6, filed counter affidavit on behalf of respondent No.4. In the said counter affidavit, it is specifically stated that the Commissioner of Police, Cyberabad Commissionerate, issued general

instructions to the Assistant Commissioners of Police/Station House Officers in Cyberabad Commissionerate not to interfere with the civil disputes and if any deviation is noticed, stern action would be taken against the concerned official. Respondent No.4 has also specifically stated that he never interfered with the civil disputes much less any disputes between the petitioner and respondent Nos. 7 and 8. However, the petitioner having bore grudge against the respondent Nos. 7 and 8, made baseless allegations against the official respondents. It is also stated in the counter affidavit that at no point of time, neither respondent Nos. 4 to 6 summoned the petitioner nor visited his house and demanded to pay the debt to respondent No.7.

5.

In the light of the said specific statements made in the counter affidavit, this Court is of the opinion that no further orders are required in the Writ Petition.

6.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is closed.

Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall also stand closed. No order as to costs.
