Heard Sri K.V. Seshagiri Rao, counsel for petitioners, the learned Government Pleader for Fisheries (Andhra Pradesh) for respondent nos.1 to 7.
2. The grievance of petitioners is that respondent nos.8 to 10 are being allowed to convert their agricultural land adjacent to petitioners' property for aquaculture without following the norms prescribed in G.O.Ms.No.7 Animal Husbandry, Dairy Development and Fisheries (Fish.II) Department, dt.16.03.2013.
3. The petitioners have given a legal notice dt.04.05.2015 to respondent nos.3 and 4 raising several objections opposing the grant of permission to respondent nos.8 to 10 for starting aquaculture operations in their lands.

5. The learned Government Pleader, appearing for respondent nos.1 to 7, states that as of date no final certificate of registration has been issued to respondent nos.8 to 10.

In view of this, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing respondent nos.3 and 4 to consider the objections raised by petitioners in the said legal notice dt.04.05.2015 issued by petitioners, pass a reasoned order and communicate the same to petitioners, and till the same is done, the respondents shall not
issue final certificate of registration to respondent nos.8 to 10.
7. This exercise shall be completed within a period of two (02) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
8. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of with the above directions. No order as to costs.
