B/O ns I.A.NO.1 OF 2022 This application is filed seeking to relax the condition No.ii imposed upon the petitioner/Accused No.6 in Crl.Petition No.3990 of 2022 dated 18.09.2022 that he should appear before the investigating officer on every Thursday between 10.00 AM and 05.00 PM till completion of investigation.

Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that ever since the date of the order the petitioner is abiding by the condition imposed by this Court.

In view of the petitioner's appearance in assisting the investigation, the condition No.ii is relaxed and the petitioner is directed to appear on all the dates required by the investigating officer for the purpose of investigation with due notice of one week by the investigating officer and the other conditions remain unaltered.

Accordingly, IA is ordered.
