HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE M.S.RAMACHANDRA RAO W.P.No.6734 of 2007 ORDER:

Petitioner has filed this Writ Petition challenging the action of the respondents in not issuing pattadar passbooks to her in respect of land claimed by her.

Petitioner had earlier filed W.P.No.2351 of 2003 for the same relief and on 04-03-2004, this Court directed 1st respondent to complete the inquiry for issuance of pattadar passbook and title deed to the petitioner and pass final orders within six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. It also directed that objections of third parties are also be considered.

Since this order has not been implemented, petitioner was again forced to file present Writ Petition. 4.

Counter is filed by the respondents taking the plea that the petitioner has not produced any documentary evidence in support of her claim and family members of the petitioner had filed objection petitions for grant of pattadar pass books and title deeds to them. 5.

However, it is not disputed that no orders have been passed either accepting the petitioner's case or rejecting her case till this date.

Therefore the 1st respondent is directed to consider the case of the petitioner as well as the objections of her family members

MSRJ W.P.No.6734 of 2007 and pass a reasoned order within two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order in accordance with the provisions of the A.P. Record of Rights in Land and Pattadar Passbooks Act, 1971 and communicate his decision to the petitioner. The 1st respondent shall also pay costs of Rs.2,000/- (Rupees Two Thousand only) to the petitioner.

With the above directions, the Writ Petition is disposed of.

As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
