Against the decree for recovery of an amount of Rs.1,59,007.22 ps., the present appeal is preferred by the defendant in O.S.No.2004 of 1987 on the file of I Additional Judge, City Civil Court, Hyderabad. When the matter was called on 27.07.2016, there was no representation for the appellant. Hence, the matter was directed to be listed under the caption 'for dismissal'. Today also, there is no representation for the appellant.
