This revision petition is filed under Section 115 CPC assailing the orders dated 22.12.2016 passed in E.P.No.134 of 2016 in O.S.No.111 of 2012 on the file of Principal Senior Civil Judge Court, Guntur.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that during pendency of the revision, the parties have settled the matter outside the Court. To that effect, the parties filed compromise memo in E.P.No.134 of 2016 in O.S.No.111 of 2012. 3.

In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, no further orders are necessary in this revision and the revision petition became infructuous. 4.

In the result, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
