Learned counsel for the appellant-husband would submit that subsequent to the filing of the present appeal, FCOP No.1965 of 2021 was filed before the Family Court, Rangareddy District, for mutual divorce and the same was allowed by order dated 07.04.2022 and an amount of Rs.23,50,000/- was paid as permanent alimony by way of Demand Drafts to the respondent-wife. A letter dated 20.04.2022 to that effect is filed. Learned counsel seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the appeal.

Permission is accorded.

Accordingly, the Family Court Appeal is dismissed as withdrawn. Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed. No costs.
