Learned counsel for the petitioner says that petitioner's application dated 22-07-2016 in Form-VI (A) is pending before the 3rd respondent.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue says that petitioner has not given details with regard to his acquisition of rights in the subject land.

It is for the petitioner to give details of acquisition of rights in the subject land. On furnishing such details, the 3rd respondent is directed to dispose of the application of the petitioner, in accordance with law, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of.
