O R D E R :

This writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for the following relief: "To declare the action of the respondent No.2 in not receiving the complaint against the third respondent and not conducting the investigation is as illegal, improper and arbitrary and consequently to direct the second respondent to register the crime, conduct the investigation on the complaint lodged by the petitioner and to pass such other suitable orders as this court may deems fit and proper in the circumstances of the case."

2. Heard Smt. A.Padma, learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader for respondents 1 and 2.

3. When the matter is called, it is represented by the learned counsel for the petitioner that after filing this writ petition, the police registered FIR.No.530/2015, dated 19/10/2015 and examined the petitioner and Shaik Rasheed, Partner of the petitioner-firm, recorded their statements and also collected documents from them.

4. In view of the above, the writ petition stands closed. No costs.

5. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
