It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that in compliance of the order dated 22.03.2017, passed by this Court in WP.No.10153 of 2017, the respondents issued proceedings dated 15.11.2017 vide Ref.No.POT/351/2017, rejecting the application of the petitioner.

In view of the aforesaid submission of the learned counsel, the contempt case is closed. However, it is open for the petitioner to challenge the proceedings vide Ref.No.POT/351/2017, dated 15.11.2017. No order as to costs.
