ORDER

This criminal petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. seeking to quash the proceedings in Cr.No.73 of 2017 on the file of the Station House Officer, Jogipet Police Station, Sangareddy, Medak District.

Learned counsel for the petitioners as well as learned Public Prosecutor agreed for disposal of the case at the stage of admission. Learned counsel for petitioners contends that as a counter blast to the case filed by the 3rd petitioner, the de facto complainant filed this case against all the petitioners with false allegations. Copy of the complaint filed by the 3rd petitioner is also filed before this Court.

The allegations made in the present complaint show that TV of the complainant is also damaged. Hence, though there is a scope to infer that this is a case filed as a counter blast to the said complaint, unless the investigation is completed, the real truth will not come out.

In the above circumstances, quashing of proceedings in the said crime is not advisable.

Considering the fact that earlier a complaint was lodged by the 3rd petitioner herein, I deem it fit to order stay of arrest of the

petitioners. However, the petitioners shall co-operate with the investigation.

With the above observations, the Criminal Petition is disposed of.
