Heard the learned counsel for petitioners, learned Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for respondent Nos.1 to 3 and Sri P.Durga Prasad, learned counsel appearing for 4th respondent.

Grievance of the petitioners is that they had preferred an appeal before the 1st respondent on 08-01-2016 along with an application for grant of stay of the order dt.2311-2015 in Dispute No.463 of 2014 passed by the 3rd respondent, but the said appeal as well as the stay application continue to be pending with the 1st respondent and no orders have been passed therein.

Learned Government Pleader as well as the learned counsel for 4th respondent states that 1st respondent be directed to decide the appeal filed by petitioners within a specified time.

In view of the said submission, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the 1st respondent to decide the above appeal filed by petitioners challenging the order passed by 3rd respondent within eight (08) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and pending disposal of the said appeal, there shall be stay of execution of the order passed by the 3rd respondent. No costs.

As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, if any

pending, shall stand closed.
