Learned Assistant Government Pleader for School Education submits that the subject matter of the writ petition pertains to services of the petitioner and he has to approach A.P.Administrative Tribunal.

The same is not disputed by the learned counsel for the petitioner.

In view of the same, the writ petition is dismissed granting liberty to the petitioner to approach A.P.A.T. No order as to costs.
