Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Government Pleader for the respondents.

The petitioner was appointed as Fair Price Shop Dealer for Shop No. 0325 of Porandla Village, Thimmapur Mandal, Karimnagar District. While so, the fair price shop of the petitioner was inspected by the officers of the third respondent on 28.2.2015, based on which, 6-A proceedings were initiated against the petitioner and the same are pending. When the stock was not released by respondents 2 and 3, the present Writ Petition is filed.

It is submitted by the learned Counsel for the petitioner that the authorization of the petitioner is in force as of today and no disciplinary proceedings are initiated against the petitioner. It is needless to observe that so long as the authorization of the petitioner is in force, respondents 2 and 3 shall supply the stock to the petitioner. In view thereof, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing respondents 2 and 3 to supply the stock to the petitioner so long as the authorization of the petitioner is in force and valid.

Subject to the above, the Writ Petition is disposed of. Miscellaneous petitions pending consideration if any in the Writ Petition shall stand closed in consequence. No order as to costs.
