This Contempt Case is filed alleging wilful disobedience of the order dt.28-11-2016 in W.P.M.P.No.48804 of 2016 in W.P.No.39606 of 2016.

Sri P.Durga Prasad, learned Standing Counsel appearing for respondents stated that the order was complied with on 13-04-2017 by issuing alternative employment as Shramik to the Writ petitioner. Therefore, the Contempt Case is closed. No costs. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending if any, shall stand closed.
