This writ petition is filed aggrieved by action of respondent No.5 in interfering into the civil right of the petitioner at the instance of respondents 6 and 7 over portion of house bearing No.9-3-64 (Swakrushi Swachanda Society) situated at Siddipet Town, Siddipet District. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home produced written instructions denying the allegations made by the petitioner against official respondents stating that respondent No.5 never interfered in the civil disputes of the petitioner nor directed him to vacate his portion. It is also stated that three crimes are registered against the petitioner viz., Cr.No.317 of 2017, under Section 324 read with Section 34 IPC of Siddipet I Town Police Station, dated 22-11-2017, Cr.No.
115 of 2018, under Sections 120(B), 420, 416, 417, 181, 182, 209, 211, 504, 506 IPC of Siddipet I Town Police Station, dated 22-04-2018 and Cr.No.27 of 2018, under Section 107 Cr.P.C. of Siddipet I Town Police Station. It is also stated that basing on the complaint of the petitioner, two crimes are registered against respondents 6 and 7 viz., Cr.No.56 of 2014, under Sections 448, 420, 324, 504, 506 IPC of Siddipet I Town Police Station, dated 17-03-2014 and Cr.No.
Station, dated 07-06-2019. Since several cases are registered against both parties, petitioner and respondents 6 and 7 are advised not to create law and order problem.
Recording the same, the writ petition is disposed of directing respondent-police not to interfere with the life and liberty of the petitioner except in accordance with law. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the writ petition, shall stand closed.
