When the matter is taken up for hearing, Sri Siva S. Lanka, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that after filing of the writ petition, the grievance of the petitioner has been redressed. In that view of the matter, the petitioner does not wish to press the writ petition and seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the writ petition. Permission is accorded.

Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No order as to costs. Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
