THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.SUNIL CHOWDARY CONTEMPT CASE No.1646 OF 2017 ORDER:

This contempt case is filed under Sections 10 to 12 of Contempt of Courts Act to summon and punish the respondents for their willful disobedience of the order of this Court dated 28.07.2016 passed in W.P.No.25071 of 2016.

Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to permit the petitioner to withdraw the contempt case. Permission is accorded.

Accordingly, the Contempt Case is dismissed as withdrawn. There shall be no order as to costs.

Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Contempt Case shall stand closed.
