Heard learned counsel for the appellant at length and perused the judgments of the Courts below and the grounds of appeal. 2.

There is, in fact, no substantial question of law involved in admission of the second appeal.

Having regard to the above, before admission, the second appeal itself is disposed of rather than dismissal, by granting one year time for vacating the premises, without any liability to pay any profits. Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed. No costs.
