RAMASUBRAMANIAN AND THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE ABHINAND KUMAR SHAVILI WRIT PETITION No.11071 of 2018 ORDER: (Per V.Ramasubramanian, J) Mr.S.Satyanarayana Prasad, learned Senior Counsel appearing for the petitioners seeks to withdraw the writ petition, on the ground that the 1st petitioner has already obtained an interim order of protection before the National Company Law Appellate Tribunal, New Delhi.

2. Permission is granted.

3. The Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. It is needless to say that since the withdrawal is in pursuance of an order granted by another Forum, the petitioner can always go to the appropriate Forum.

4. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions if any pending shall stand dismissed. No order as to costs.
