Heard.

The grievance of the petitioner is that her application, dated 04-06-2015 seeking mutation is not being considered and no orders are being passed.

It is, however, noticed from the record that the petitioner has not made any application in the prescribed proforma under Form 6-A of A.P.Rights in Land and Pattadar Pass Books Act, 1971 read with Rule 18 of A.P.Rights in Land and Pattadar Pass Books Rules, 1989. Hence, the writ petition is disposed of permitting the petitioner to make appropriate application in accordance with the Rules, referred to above, and if any such application is made, the 3rd respondent shall consider the same in accordance with law and pass appropriate orders expeditiously. No costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
