THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.AMARNATH GOUD WRIT PETITION No.2825 OF 2015 ORDER:

The prayer sought for in the present writ petition is as under:

"to Issue Writ order or direction more particularly in the nature of writ of mandamus declaring the action of the respondents more particularly the 3rd respondent in making threatening calls to the petitioner on 03-02-2015 at about 6.00 p.m. questioning as to why the petitioner's son filed case against the police officers and directing petitioner to bring his son to Land Grabbing Cell and further intimidating that they know how to arrest petitioner and his son and to put cases if the petitioner's son fail to register plots as illegal, arbitrary, high handed and violative of petitioner's rights guaranteed under Article 14 and 21 of the Constitution of India and direct the respondents to refrain from resorting to any intimidating tactics pressurizing the petitioner in relation to registration of plots by his son pursuant to alleged complaints received by the respondents." Considering the nature of grievance of the petitioner, since it is 2018, it can safely be presumed that the 3rd respondent is not serving in the same station.

In view of the above, the writ petition is disposed of granting liberty to the petitioner to seek appropriate remedy in accordance with law in the event of any fresh cause of action arises. No costs.
