Murthy Brahmanandam, v. The State Of A.P.,
HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE VILAS V.AFZULPURKAR W.P.No.38891 of 2015 ORDER:
Heard.
All the petitioners are commonly aggrieved by pendency of Appeal Nos.10, 11, 12 and 13/15 filed by them before the 4th respondent against identical refusal orders passed by the 5th respondent rejecting the documents presented by the petitioners. The petitioners state that different extents of plots in Sy.No.48/39 of Duvvada Village, Gajuwaka Mandal, Vishakapatnam District, were sought to be alienated under respective documents by each petitioner. Questioning the said refusal orders, all the petitioners filed identical appeals raising common grounds, which are stated to be pending before the 4th respondent, and various dates of hearing were notified since April, 2015, the petitioners seek early consideration of the appeals and disposal thereof.
In view of the dates of hearing already fixed by the 4th respondent, I deem it appropriate to direct the 4th respondent to fix an early date of hearing of the appeals, after notice to the petitioners, and hear and dispose of the same expeditiously. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed. _______________________ VILAS V.
