Subhash Reddy) It is submitted that in view of transfer of the account to the Asset Reconstruction Company (India) Limited, subject matter of this writ petition has become infructuous.

In view of the above, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. However, if any fresh cause of action arises, it is open for the petitioners to approach this Court. There shall be no order as to costs.

As a sequel thereto, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in the writ petition stand disposed of.
