Heard.

The petitioner questions the order of the 2nd respondent, dated 18-08-2015 declining to grant stay pending revision. It is evident from the record that the petitioner has approached this Court many a times on earlier occasion and the last writ petition considered and disposed of by this Court is W.P.No.25323 of 2015, dated 17-08-2015. In all the said orders of this Court, the petitioner's possession was protected for the time being to enable him to seek appropriate alternative remedy. It is also not in dispute that the petitioner has filed a revision before the 2nd respondent on 06-08-2015 against the order of the authorities below.

The impugned order itself shows that the petition has been filed on 06-08-2015 and Advocate on behalf of the petitioner has argued his case and the 2nd respondent on consideration of the matter was of the view that the request for grant of stay is not justified and accordingly, rejected the same by giving reasons. The said order is questioned in this writ petition. Though the learned counsel for the petitioner has raised various contentions, I am not inclined to go into those contentions at this stage keeping in view the fact that the present writ petition is directed only against the interim order passed by the 2nd respondent. The said order is purely discretionary. Hence, the petitioner cannot assail the same, as he has already been heard and the 2nd respondent passed the impugned order, after recording reasons.

Hence, the writ petition is dismissed. However, the 2nd respondent may fix an early date of hearing and decide the revision petition expeditiously. No costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
