ORDER
This petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. is filed by the petitioner/A5 seeking to quash the proceedings in Cr.No.92 of 2016 of Shahinayathgunj Police Station, Hyderabad, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 448, 323 IPC and under Section 3(1)(x) of Scs & STs (POA) Act, against her. 2.
Heard learned counsel for the petitioner/A5 and learned Additional Public Prosecutor representing the State.

It is alleged in the complaint that the accused induced the de facto complainant and his wife to invest the amounts in their business of artificial jewellery at Hyderabad and Mumbai and accordingly, they paid a sum of Rs.7 lakhs to the accused and thereafter, the accused did not return the said amount and profits and that on 01.03.2016, when they asked for payment, the accused abused them in filthy language in the name of their caste.

As seen from the complaint, there are certain allegations against the petitioner. Truth or otherwise of the allegations made in the complaint can be ascertained by the investigating agency during the course of investigation. Therefore, this is not a fit case to quash the proceedings impugned. However, the police concerned are directed to proceed with the investigation without arresting the petitioner/A5. The petitioner/A5 is directed to appear before the investigating agency as and when required and cooperate with the investigating agency.
5. With the above direction, the Criminal Petition is disposed of. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this criminal petition shall stand closed.
