Okya Engineering Constructions (P) Limited v. Tahsildar
THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHAKER REDDY WRIT PETITION NO.22333 OF 2009 O R D E R:
This writ petition is filed by the petitioners with a prayer to direct the respondents to declare the action of the respondents ordering demolition and removal of compound wall of the petitioners without due process of law as illegal, unjustified, contrary to law, arbitrary and without any jurisdiction.
This Court while admitting the writ petition, dt.20.10.2009 granted interim direction in W.P.M.P.No.29007 of 2009 to the following effect: "There shall be interim direction to the respondents not to interfere with the compound wall of the petitioners' lands, without following due process of law". The main prayer in the writ petition and prayer made in the interim application are one and the same and since 2009 the interim order is in force.
The writ petition is, therefore, disposed of in terms of the interim order. Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed. No order as to costs.
