Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Public Prosecutor, on instructions, submitted that the sole revision petitioner-accused died in the month of October, 2010 due to ill-health and to that effect a certificate issued by the Panchayat Secretary, Bodivaripalli and a statement of father of the revision petitioner have been obtained. Recording the aforesaid submission, the Criminal Revision Case is dismissed as having been abated.
