HONOURABLE Dr. JUSTICE B.SIVA SANKARA RAO CRIMINAL REVISION CASE Nos.1210 and 1219 of 2017 COMMON ORDER :

Heard.

Impugning the N.B.Ws. issued instead of summons, these Criminal Revision Cases are filed. As the N.B.Ws. are not shown executed so far, it is left open to the petitioners in the respective revisions to surrender before the learned Magistrate by filing applications under Section 44 Cr.P.C. and execute bonds with or without sureties, as being directed under Section 88 or 89 Cr.P.C. As the other contention raised admittedly that the subject matter of quash petition pending before this Court, for no more observation is required. N.B.W. is suspended for a period of two weeks from today. If the compliance is not made within the stipulated time, suspension of N.B.W. ceases its force, without further reference to this Court.

With the above directions, the Criminal Revision Cases are disposed of.

Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand dismissed.
