This Criminal Petition, under Section 482 of Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (for short 'Cr.P.C.'), is filed to quash the proceedings in FIR in Cr.No.108 of 2013 on the file of Eluru II Town Police Station, Eluru, West Godavari District, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 188, 341, 352, 448, 451, 455,456 and 458 r/w 149 IPC. During hearing, learned Public Prosecutor for the State of Andhra Pradesh, brought to the notice of this Court that entire investigation in this case is completed by the Investigating agency and filed charge sheet before the concerned court, which is numbered as C.C.No.661 of 2013. In view of the representation made by the learned Public Prosecutor, there is nothing to be examined and decided by the Court in the instant crime.

Accordingly, this Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Petition, shall stand dismissed.
