ORDER:

Heard.

2. The grievance of the petitioners in this writ petition is that in spite of their representation dated 25.07.2014 made before respondent No.2, no action is taken by respondent No.3 and neither crime is registered nor is investigation taken up.

3. Instructions of the learned Government Pleader, however, show that petitioner No.2 filed a complaint before the Superintendent of Police, against the persons named alleging that the said persons are trying to construct walls and abused her

in filthy language by using name of their caste. The said complaint was forwarded by the Additional Superintendent of Police to respondent No.3 and the Station House Officer is stated to have informed the petitioners to approach the police station for recording the statement. But, however, petitioners did not approach the police station so far. Instructions further show that as and when petitioners approach respondent No.3 police station, they will record the statement and register the case as per procedure and take further action.

4. In view of the said specific averments, it is open for the petitioners to approach respondent No.3 and record their statement to enable respondent No.3 to register the crime and take further action in the matter.

The writ petition is, accordingly, disposed of. As a sequel, the miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
