THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T. SUNIL CHOWDARY TRANSFER C.M.P. No.185 of 2017 ORDER:

This transfer civil miscellaneous petition is filed under Section 24 of CPC seeking to withdraw O.P. No.363 of 2016 from the file of the Family Court, City Civil Court, Secunderabad and transfer the same to the Family Court, Ranga Reddy District at L.B. Nagar.

The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this court to permit the petitioner to withdraw the transfer petition with liberty to avail all the remedies available to her under law including filing of the of fresh petition. Permission is granted. 3.

Accordingly, the Transfer CMP is dismissed as withdrawn granting liberty as prayed for. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this petition shall stand closed.
